In our studio, we believe in designing every floral piece with the utmost attention to detail, from selecting seasonal flowers to designing in natural shapes and curating color palettes for each personal floral design.
- We deliver within a 20 mile radius of our studio in Walnut Creek, our reliable delivery service fee is calculated at check out (starting at $25 up to 5 mile radius, and increasing per mile thereafter).
- Areas served include Walnut Creek, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Orinda, Martinez, Danville and Alamo.
We do not offer pickup, we are a delivery only floral design boutique.

Ordering & Payment:
We're thrilled you're sending flowers!
Very rarely, we might need to cancel an order, but we'll always keep you informed.
Spreading floral joy in Walnut Creek and surrounding areas! Simply enter the recipient's address to calculate our delivery service fee.
Standard, same-day, and next-day deliveries are available to cater to your needs. We strive to meet your chosen timeframe, but specific guarantees are tricky due to external factors.
Deliveries cannot reach P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, but don't hesitate to ask if you have a special request.
Someone needs to welcome the floral surprise! If no one's available, we will leave it carefully at the door or in best location available, but please note this is at your own risk.
Once delivered to your specified address in the order form, the blooms are yours to cherish. We can't be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If our delivery person discovers an incorrect/nonexistent address issue when attempting to deliver flowers, we attempt to contact you for address clarification - an additional delivery fee will apply for an updated delivery location.
If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will consider the delivery made, and transaction completed as we cannot reuse the flowers.
We use the freshest, most beautiful blooms, but sometimes seasonal variations mean we might need to swap a specific flower for something similar of equal or even greater value.
We'll always try to let you know beforehand, ensuring your gift remains stunning.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Change of plans? No worries! Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 3 days before the delivery date.
Cancellations within 3 days incur a 50% fee to cover materials and preparation costs. Orders cancelled on the day of delivery cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be promptly issued to your original payment method.
We handpick blooms with the utmost care, ensuring they're fresh and fabulous.
If, for any reason, you're not delighted, please let us know within 1 day of delivery. We'll happily replace the flowers or issue a full refund.
While we use the freshest blooms, please be aware of potential allergies or sensitivities.
Our delivery drivers take great care, but accidents can happen. We cannot be responsible for any property damage caused during delivery.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California
They represent the complete agreement between us and supersede any prior communication.
If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the rest remain in full force.
By using our services, you agree to these terms. We might waive enforcing them sometimes, but that doesn't mean we give up the right to do so later.
